Once you have completed your registration for the 2025 National Hardware Show and payment has been received, we recommend providing the 2025 National Hardware Show Facts & Information set forth above alongside your registration confirmation to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate reviewer as additional documentation during the visa process.

For Participating Exhibitors
International Exhibitors participating at the 2025 National Hardware Show can obtain an invitation letter during the exhibitor registration process.
All registrants will need to be contracted for booth space with the required deposit and provide their exhibiting company information to be eligible to request an invitation letter from the show organizers.
