Attendee Policy: All amounts paid to attend the Expo or conference/education to date for the May 2021 National Hardware Show will be refunded in the next 30-45 days. If you do not receive a refund, please contact customer service at 888-425-9377 or 203-840-5622.

Exhibitor Policy: All amounts paid for exhibit space or media to date for the original May 2020 National Hardware Show or postponed September 2020 event will be or can be credited and used as follows:

  • Towards participation in the May 11-13, 2021 edition of the National Hardware Show

The credit can be applied to your outstanding balances for any event for which you are already contracted to participate or to new contract(s) listed above. If you have any questions or would like to discuss your options further, contact your NHS Sales Representative.

For reservations at made through Connections Housing, the official housing company for the National Hardware Show, your hotel reservation will be fully refunded in 5-7 business days and you should receive a communication regarding this matter. The National Hardware Show does not handle changes or cancellations regarding airfare. Please contact your airline directly to make any changes to your flight(s).
