Before the show
- Download the Lead Manager App (Emperia)
- Receive login credentials via an email from NHS & log into the app.
- Share credentials with your booth staff.
During the show
- Tap to scan the QR code on the attendee’s badge
- Take notes about your new leads and enter optional information including any follow-up actions
- Download Lead report at any time using the direct link provided to your key contact with your company code
After the Show
- Receive an email including your post-show report; this will be sent to the key contact.
- View, sort & download leads directly into your CRM.
- Leverage detailed information for efficient, targeted follow-ups within a week to increase ROI & keep the conversation going.

You can find your Company ID and Access Code in the Welcome email from your show team. Contact your customer success representative for help if you cannot find the information.
