Rules for Submission

Entries are limited to those companies exhibiting at the 2016 National Hardware Show, and the products being displayed in exhibitor’s booth.

ON-SITE ENTRY CHECK-IN: Entries must be delivered by exhibitor to the New Product World locations starting on Monday, May 2nd from 9:00AM-5:00PM through Tuesday, May 3rd at 5:30PM places on first come first serve basis.

SECURITY: A reputable security firm will be employed to guard the area on a 24-hour basis. The NHS SHOW does not assume responsibility for losses by exhibitors from theft, damage, etc.

ON-SITE CHECK OUT: Exhibitors must show the following TWO forms of identification: their NHS badge, and photo I.D. A staff member will collect the business card, and products will be released to respective exhibitor personnel only. We ask for this ID to protect exhibitors and their products. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS! Any products not picked up by 5:00 PM on Friday, May 6th will be donated to charity by Show Management.

No business cards or brochures allowed with product display. An 8½” x11” poster or lucite frame permitted (not supplied by the National Hardware Show).

Submissions:

An official product submission form will be sent to all entrants by email requesting a 50 word description and photo of the product. This information must be sent back to Show Management within 2 weeks of receipt.

Rules for Submission:

  1. More than one entry may be submitted by an exhibiting vendor. A separate entry form and $945 payment must be submitted per entry. Multiple entries from the same company can be paid with one payment. You will be emailed a confirmation and an invoice after submitting your Registration Form.
  2. Entries can be submitted by e-mail, fax, or mail, but must arrive by END OF BUSINESS DAY, Saturday, April 2nd.
  3. Decisions of the judges are final on all matters pertaining to the 2016 Homewares or Lawn, Garden & Outdoor Living Awards program.
  4. Sorry, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
  5. Please pick up your product entry after show closing on Friday, May 6th by 5pm or your product will be donated to charity.
