Intellectual Property (IP): What You Should Know Before You Show

JOIN THE U.S. PATENT AND TRADEMARK OFFICE (USPTO) for an exclusive WebEx for our registered exhibitors at this year’s National Hardware Show (NHS) Inventors Spotlight sponsored by the United Inventors Association (UIA).

Before I joined the United Inventors Association, I worked for 29 years at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office helping inventors. There was always confusion about intellectual property (IP) protection especially in a public forum. The tradeshow is a “public forum.”

The USPTO Silicon Valley Regional Office will not only be attending the NHS tradeshow but wants to provide insight prior to the show about the different types of intellectual property protection, things to consider before coming to the show, and what may happen if you come to the show without protection. The experts from the USPTO can help answer your questions.

The WebEx is free for our registered exhibitors and will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2019, for 90 minutes starting 7pm Eastern Time. The WebEx link and call-in information are below.

Even if you have IP protection, I guarantee you will learn something from this WebEx, so please plan on joining us.

If you have any question feel free to email me,
