What is the Channel Leaders Club?

The NHS Channel Leaders Club is an exclusive program for buying executives from the global DIY/home improvement industry’s largest retailers, wholesalers and distributors.

The Program is aligned with the National Hardware Show’s goal of attracting even more qualified attendees to the exhibition. This is an invitation-only program based on purchasing power.

Pre-approved Members can stop by the lounge, where they can take advantage of the VIP amenities, network with peers and recharge, refresh and relax in a private environment. In 2018, more than 1,400 executives from 650+ companies took advantage of this VIP lounge.

Access is invitation-only and restricted to pre-approved buyers. An NHS registration is required. High-volume buyers from all categories of the industry are encouraged to apply to become a Channel Leader.

Who Qualifies?

In order for individuals to qualify as a Channel Leaders Club member, they must be buying executives from the global DIY/home improvement industry’s largest retailers, wholesalers or distributors or be a large chain independent retailer (with 7 stores or more).

If you are a high-volume buyer from all categories of the industry and have buying titles/purchasing power, then register your interest today by clicking on the “Register Your Interest” tab at the top of the page.

How do I apply for a place in the Channel Leaders Club?

You can apply by clicking on the “Register Your Interest” tab at the top of this page to become a part of the Channel Leaders Club.

What information do I need to provide with my registration?

To complete your registration you will need to provide your full contact details, the product categories you are sourcing and the countries you are interested in sourcing products from. The registration process takes approximately 5 minutes.

What are the qualifying criteria?

In order for individuals to qualify as a Channel Leaders Club member, they must be buying executives from the global DIY/home improvement industry’s largest retailers, wholesalers or distributors or be a large chain independent retailer (with 7 stores or more).

What happens if I have started my registration and want to complete this at a later stage?

If you started a registration but have not yet submitted it, you will be sent an automated email by the system. This email contains a link that will lead you back to where you left off with your registration.

What am I committed to do as a Channel Leaders Club member?

As a Channel Leaders Club member, you are committed to:

  • Meeting with as many exhibitors as possible (as relevant to you)
  • Attend the Show for at least two (2) days
  • Scan your badge at least once at the Channel Leaders Club Lounge during the Show
  • Complete post-show surveys

What happens in the Channel Leaders Club Lounge?

The Channel Leaders Club Lounge provides networking opportunities with industry peers. Private meeting space is available upon request, and there is a business center, which features Wi-Fi and charging stations. Complimentary continental breakfast and lunch are served daily along with exclusive special events and incentives for our VIP buyers.

Does the Channel Leaders Club have WIFI?

How do I change my product categories?

It is important that your product categories are correct so that you receive personalized recommendations and are matched with the correct exhibitors.

Where is the Channel Leaders Club located?

The Channel Leaders Club is located in the North Hall, Level 2, N245.

What do I need to take to the show?

Please make sure to bring your red badge with you as well as a form of identification. Also, download the app to see all of the events and sessions happening at NHS 2019, the full exhibitor list, and the map of the Show Floor.

When will I receive my red badge holder?

If you qualify as a Channel Leaders Club member, your badge will be mailed to you. If you do not qualify, you may pick up your badge on-site.

What happens if I do not receive my event badge before the show?

Channel Leaders Club members’ badges are sent in the mail prior to the Show. Should you not receive a badge by May 3rd, please contact Yvonne Stephan at ystephan@reedexpo.com or come directly to the Channel Leaders Club Lounge at the Show. It opens on Monday, May 6th from 3pm-5pm.
