Exhibitors may choose to hold a press event in their booths or in the National Hardware Show Press Room located on Level 2. The Press Conference Room is available to current exhibitors for press events during the show at no charge.
* Time slots are available on a first come, first served basis. We will do our best to meet your needs. Time slots are designated to 1 hour increments. This includes set up and breakdown of any contractor items you may have (catering or AV).
** Catering and A/V can be arranged for Conferences in the Press Room at an additional charge. See designated contractor in exhibitor manual for more details.
The following items are provided automatically in the press conference room: chairs set up theater style, and draped tables (for press kits, etc.)
We will list your press event in the National Hardware Show Press Events Schedule, available to the press in the on-site press kit. You are responsible for inviting the press to your event. To facilitate this, we can provide you with a press list; please email Kelly Miller at kmiller@reedexpo.com for the 2012 pre-registered press list.
